45x5, 55x5, 65x5, 75x5, 85x5; 10 min break; 95x5, 105x1, 115x1, 125x1, 135x1 - 5 min to rearrange rack
- Oly Squat from the shoegazin' frog stance: 185x1, 235x1, 275x1, 325x1.
- stretching
- later: move mats and rack 6" to the right...and clean up the water and grit under the mats. Yuck.
