Legs and Biceps
- Front squat: 45x10, 65x10, 95x10, 115x10, 135x5, 155x5, 185x5x3. Mostly cross grip...had trouble using the clean grip today.
- Good mornings (shoulder width stance): 45x10, 95x10, 135x10. Hadn't done these in a while, just wanted to try out some logistics.
- stretching
- Concentration curls: 25x10x3. A. C. Slater style.
- abs/core
